New Year, Strong You 2025 Challenge


Join us to kick off 2025 STRONG!

Our goal is to take 4 classes per week for 6 weeks. The challenge runs 1/6 - 2/17 and each week will run Monday to Sunday!

Everyone who completes the challenge will be entered to win one of FIVE wellness prizes, including a free month of classes at MTHD! Everyone who completes the challenge will also get $20 off their next month of classes or class pack purchase.
