  • Grip socks are required at MTHD. We also suggest comfortable clothing, water and a sweat towel. To learn more, check out this page.

  • Yes! For both safety and machine hygiene purposes. We have grip socks for sale at the studio if you don’t have your own!

  • We are lucky to be right next door neighbors with Bluebird and Co in Downtown Crozet!

  • There is parking in front and behind the studio! If spots are full, you are also welcome to park behind Praha Cafe!

  • Anyone! (Well, anyone over age 16) All MTHD classes are levels with options to modify or level up as you need.

  • Yes! If you have been taking MTHD classes prior to pregnancy, please feel free to continue classes with your doctor’s clearance and letting your coaches know.

    If you have not taken MTHD classes, please reach out to us via email so we can discuss your prior exercise experience and can support you in any needed modifications.

    Our workout is an awesome low impact workout that has carried many moms-to-be through their entire pregnancies.

  • MTHD 434 is a low impact workout, but is meant to work your muscles to failure. This requires recovery - which will be different for every body and their own fitness level.

    We utilize a muscle focus calendar so that we hit different muscle groups from day to day so you have time to recover between classes.

    With that said, we recommend 3-5 classes per week!
