Client Policies
Arrival
First-timers: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class so you have time to meet your instructor and our Xformer. If you arrive after class starts, unfortunately. This is for your safety so that you are able to understand the machine.
Current clients: If you are not in class at the start time, your spot will be given to any stand-by clients from the waitlist. If there are no standby clients, you can join class up to 5 minutes after the start time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be unable to take class and you will be late canceled.
Wait-list and Stand-by Policies
You will be able to add yourself to the waitlist up to 2 hours before the start of class. You will not be added to class automatically if it is within the late cancel window. We will reach out to those on the waitlist via text or email before adding you into class.
If you are added into class and cannot make it, you are still responsible for any late cancellation or no-show fees that may apply if you do not attend class. If you know you cannot attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
If you are on the waitlist, you are allowed to show up at class time and wait for 5 minutes after class time for another client that does not show up for class. We cannot guarantee that you will get in as a stand-by client and if the client signed up for class arrives within 5 minutes of the class time, they will be allowed to take class.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We only have 5 spots per class, therefore we must adhere to a strict cancellation and no-show policy for the benefit of all clients being able to attend classes
If you are unable to attend class, please cancel instead of no-showing class so that another client on the waitlist is able to take class.
Late cancellation: Cancelling class 8 hours prior to the start of class.
No Show: Not attending a class you are signed up for.
For clients on an unlimited package, there is one waived late cancel/no-show fee per rolling 30 days.
Fees for membership clients are $12 for a late cancellation and $20 for a no-show.
For clients with a class pack, late cancellations and no-shows will result in a credit being lost on the class pack.
Cell Phone Usage
Cell phone use is not allowed during class. Please be respectful of your fellow class participants so everyone can focus on their 50 minutes of self-care and leave your phone in a cubby. If you are on call or have an emergency situation, please let your instructor know and we can support you in those situations.
Grip Socks
For both hygiene and safety, we require the use of grip socks in all MTHD 434 classes. If you do not own socks, you can purchase them in studio.
Instructor Subs
Please be aware that instructors may change without warning. When signing up for a class, you are signing up for that time slot, not the specific instructor.
Membership and Class Pack Sales
We are unable to offer refunds on class packs or memberships. If you are unable to complete your term or classes, you can transfer them to another client for a $10 transfer fee. Please see below for more information on cancelling a membership before your contracted term ends.
