At MTHD 434, we believe that movement is meant to be enjoyed. We are focused on creating a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment where everybody - no matter your fitness level - can feel safe while getting a kick ass workout.

At MTHD 434, we focus on slowing down for a high-intensity, low-impact workout that is accessible to everybody. By moving slowly, we spend time under tension breaking down the slow twitch muscle fibers to build back stronger.

All of our classes are accessible to all fitness levels with instructors trained to offer the perfect modification or amplification to give you the best, safest and most effective workout. 

Every MTHD-X class will work your full body: core, obliques, lower and upper body. We follow a muscle focus calendar to ensure you’re hitting every muscle group each week!

Each class is 50 minutes: 45 minutes focused on building strength and 5 minutes dedicated to stretching and mobility. 

 Slow It Down

We move slowly to keep muscles under tension as long as possible leading to muscle failure - breaking down your slow twitch muscle fibers so they build back up stronger than before! We dedicate 50 minutes to slowing down, moving intentionally and showing up for yourself.
